既然之前是怕误诊

那么

c提供一个条件所做的诊断都会再检查

就消除了这个顾虑

自然由这个顾虑所产生的follow up就没有必要了

我也觉得选C。B中说的是many，也就是说不排除有 involve any fracture of the ankle的情况，医生要求病人照X-RAY就是怕误诊，所以既然会发现错误，就证明此方法有用
