wwwzzz, you mentioned 90% sencond year MBA students from Mainland China have got the job offers. That is a good news. What is the percentage of these students to get the offers in the US and what is the percentage of them to get the offers in Asia? How is the job hunting from those students who want to stay in the US and do not have a green card? Are the companies, especailly those IB on Wall Street, willing to sponsor H1-B or Green Card for those Chinese students who do not have a green card?

刚刚统计了一下，才发现我们的地理位置组合得还不错：1/3的同学选择在美国工作（其中一半是国内直接过来的），1/3左右会去香港（其中一半是在美国学习工作过想海归的），另1/3是在大陆/亚洲其它国家和欧洲。

大多数来学校的公司（IB/MC/corporate），只要对国际学生开放，都会支持H1B。具体是否支持绿卡，我没有了解。

I don't have a dazzling background--not IB/MC or Fortune 500, nor founder of NASDAQ-traded firm... My classmates are from quite diverse industries: while finance is definitely a key area (because of the large applicant base), there are also government, legal, high-tech, marketing, military...you name it.

我是03年底在上海跟一个校友面试的，他很友好，问的都是比较标准的问题：Why MBA, why Chicago, career goal, teamwork/leadership sample, any other schools and why?

工作面试的第二轮会去公司办公室，基本都会遇到其它学校的学生，Kellogg, Michigan, HBS, Wharton等等，不过接触时间不多，加上个体差异大，并没发觉各校间有什么不同，倒是相同的地方比较多——大家都很紧张。。。
