I had a much better impression at Tuck than MIT in campus visit.

Plus Tuck is a better business school than MIT.

Tuck ranking is up and up!

Tuck focus everything on full-time MBA education, while MIT spread all out to under, MBA, mfg, Ph.D.

MIT is strong in research, but weaker in teaching than Tuck.

Tuck MBA education has the longest reputation in US.

Dartmouth is IVY league.

Tuck has a close-knit community.

I definitely choose Tuck!!!

if you are determined that you will be heading back to china upon graduation, you should go to mit. The network MIT provides in asia is not that tuck can compare with. MIT's brand name weighs alot as you all know.

Tuck offers you a very decent degree at general management, and a very unique and remote environment for two years. a close-knit communitity as i have seen during the school visit. And tuck is very small and remote, in the middle of nowhere. Be prepared for that if you are one of those city dudes. you might feel so darn stange during night when you can't go anywhere else but the hockey rink. Tuck really needs to build up its name across the world in my opinion.

One more thing, there arent many chinese restaurants around tuck. And you are not allowed to cook at the dorm. MIT kicks Tuck's bu#t big time on this aspect.

abovementioned can be the arugment for many other tuck vs k, tuck vs chicago, etc.

good luck.. you cant go wrong with either school. both are awesome.

My 2 cents:

I didn't apply to Tuck, so that pretty much says it -- if I were to choose between these two, I'd definitely go with MIT.

My own study experience in the U.S. has taught me how important a school's location and overall reputation are. Some employers rarely go out of town to hire. Many MIT students come to New York City to attend all kinds of hiring events and visit potential employers. Besides, living in Boston is more fun.

I'm not saying Tuck is not a great school. I'd probably apply to it if I were in China now. Actually, the school where I got my M.S. is a great school in a small town. But I don't want to spend another two years of my life in another pretty isolated place.

MIT 和 Tuck 根本就是 '一个萝卜,一个芹菜', '一个林黛玉, 一个薛宝钗', 本就不是一个风格的学校, 自己了断很容易啊.

申请 MIT的人 一般都爱兼申请 Wharton, Stanford.

申请 Tuck的人,一般都爱兼申请 Kellogg, Harvard
