请问 cheeyong, yangrongxos, testtech YALE 面试的问题

我10号刚交了申请，今天（１２）号就收到了面试通知，兴奋得都快跳起来了，不，是真的跳起来了。

言归正传，请问各位，面试都有那些问题？ 应该注意什么？ 有没有什么经验可以分享？  很想向各位牛牛学习。

还有，现在要在网上定面试的日期，下个星期就有位，但我又有一个等了好久的培训，所以只能约到下下个星期，会不会对面试结果有影响？

我决定还是飞到纽黑文去面试。 有没有什么要注意的地方？ 我九月参观过校园一次，但这次就不一样了，好紧张呀！

Yale will take a quick look at your application, and then decides whether to invite you for an interview. The invitation rate is around 40-50%. You are very promising since Yale has interest in your application. Get well prepared for the interview, which is composed of standard questions: Go through your past experience? How did you choose your undergraduate college? Why MBA?Why Yale? How to add to Yale SOM's diverstiy? As far as I know, interview plays an important part in the final decision. Try to be mature and confident, and speak as fluently as possible. Good luck!

I think you made a good decision to interview at New Haven because your attitude towards Yale does have a lot of bearing on the school's decision.  There is nothing to be worried about your interview.  You will meet a 2nd year student.  The interview is blind, conversational and casual.  Mine lasted for 40 minutes.  No curve balls, nothing out of norm.  Why MBA, why now, why Yale, specific questions about your resume, and Q&A.  You should be ready to explain all of your academic and career decisions in detail.  Yale staff and students are genuinly nice so you shouldn't expect any hard time at all.  The timeing of interview shouldn't be a huge factor, as long as you don't miss the deadline.  Good luck!

I would recommend that you dig out convincing reasons for the question "Why Yale". Think carefully. Why Yale is the best fit for you? What are the selling points of Yale SOM?

Couple more things.  If your class visit is prior to your interview, make sure you have some comments ready about your class experience because the interviewer may ask.  And don't forget to bring a copy of your resume.
