一点建议：刚刚看到贴，回答有些迟疑，见谅！

个人觉得很多关于面试时间和准备的问题，中国同学有些“interpret”过分。我是10月提供材料，11月底面试邀请，结果12月底才完成校友面试，结果录取也很正常。你想想面试本来时间确定就有校友的因素在其中，学校怎么回苛刻呢？

至于邀请面试迟早，学校的说明中也写得很清楚，我想面试时间和录取没有关联性！

关于问题，其时why MBA? why yale? and others are or standard questions, you will prepare anyway, even we don't advise.  Important is, believe you are strong and you do have the right fit.
