Send the school an addendum to explain. Don't use the word "mistake" or "error". Tell them you have a clarification to make. Remember you are doing them a favor helping them to review your app, so you should make them feel the same way.

I have sent an email to them to explain and attach essay topic on it.

你应该先check一下你提交之前保存的那个review文件（你不会连最后的那个reviw你所填的网上信息的pdf文件都没保存吧？），有些学校标示出来的，那样就不用担心出问题了。

呜呜呜。。。。。。我看了，可是忘记了，因为essay two 部分他注明了personal statement，所以我就忘记了还要把题目 copy 上去。

Yes, I agree with that it is not necessary to send addtional letter to explain it. I do not think Adcom will care about it.
