我已经提交了，可刚刚想起来第二篇essay我没有写自己选择的题目，只将essay的内容copy上了，又没有问题呢？？是不是应该给admission office发封信解释一下，并将自己选择的题目在mail 中表明呢？？

现在他们很忙，不可能一下子Match你的application online材料和邮件，所以，最好写上你的代号，和事由，他们收到邮件后，会给你标记上的。不用担心，过些日子处理这事，都没有问题。不过需要follow up，直到更正过来。

这是不是意味着一定要求在提交的essay中要注明题目啊？？？

If I were you, i would not write the letter. Imagine the Adcom received hundreds of apps at the deadline, and someone sent them a mail pointing out there is a mistake in one of the apps. that email will certainly stand you out in negtive way.

actually, i would not even call that a mistake. let's say, it's just my understanding of the right way to do it. i would rather have them question my approach instead of my attention to details, which is key in business.
