Most of people think that leadership means you have to be a leader. That's totally wrong. I learned this from my year-end evaluation last year. My boss told me leadership means a lot. For example, I have been very active on our monthly project meeting. That's also leadership.
Americans and Chinese think leadership differently. That's what I learned.
