没想到KELLOGG这样对偶！强烈要求退钱！

退不了钱的。我10月份就交了part1，和申请费，到现在什么消息都没有。我说不申请了，我还没交part2。他们都不给退钱的。

说是100％面试，然后再waive。明显不负责任。不申请也罢。申请费是小钱。学费是大。

Really? I called ETS to send my score reports on Dec.30, and they told me that the reports would not be sent out untill Jan. 3. That means Kellogg will not receive my reports by Jan. 6. I do not believe Kellogg will deny the application only because of the late score reports. Even HBS allow the late GMAT report. Anyway, I will call Kellogg tomorrow

本来也打算申请kellogg，也就是因为担心成绩到不了学校要被算到下一轮，所以放弃了，现在看来决定是对的。

如果按照当时接我电话的两位的说法，恐怕他们真的会因为成绩没到deny你。再我解释给他们decline是ETS的原因不是我的原因的时候，对方反复说的就是成绩不到，就不行。

HBS等其他TOP10学校，都允许成绩晚到，惟独KELLOGG，真是牛气冲天

好奇问这位jw2015朋友，

我记得K说的100％面试，不是说申请的人100％都给面试吧？说的是录取的人100％都经过面试吧？今年改政策了？

好像我发了两封邮件去询问,也是石沉大海.感觉这个学校确实有点...mit也没有这么大的架子啊.

1. It's clearly stated in the brochure that 100% of applicants should request for a campus or alumni interview while they can not guarrantee that all applicants receive interviews due to location / resource allocation. An interview waiver does not automatically mean denial; in contrast, if you receive an invitation for interview after a waiver, it means you have a pretty good chance for admission. So why not go on submitting your part 2 and see how's your luck?

2. The application fee is non-refundable, have you see that sentense in the brochure?

People recognize rules, but people always want to override rules because they think themselves "special" enough - well so what are rules now?

难道MIT就可以这么大架子么？呵呵。

这个Topic好像和架子也没有什么关系吧。学校规则定好了，要申请它，就老老实实地去跟着做罗。我不觉得学校严格遵守自己的游戏规则有什么错。LZ有什么不懂的可以来这里问。当然，难免会出现没有注意到某些细节，或者某些学校和别的学校不同的地方导致你没有做到。不过，客观来说，学校并没有什么错。
