各位，上周拿到了PT MBA的OFFER。现在发愁如何交费的问题。科大的信函里要求以HK$存到香港恒生银行的账户。哪位可以告诉我该怎样存这笔费用？另外，哪里可兑换这么多的港币

有港澳通行证吗?可以用它去中行兑换.没有的话有护照也可以.现在最高可以兑换2万美圆等值的外币

另外,存钱的话可以到你们当地的恒升银行的网点去.

You know what? I'm the current president of class committee 2005 intake.  The class committee has been paying great effort to organize class activities ally with other parties such as HK FT students.   We’ve just finished a great event yesterday that the HK FT students come over SZ to meet SZ PT students.  Many of us also give our first trying in our life time to play golf at the driving range. The event was success and we all have fun.  One of the main purposes of this kind of event is to establish networking that lasting no only for years but for life long.  

 

I'm glad to see the new intakes going to join us, the class committee welling to pass the torch to you.

alpha7777, I have band account in HK so I don’t have this kind of problem.  I'd suggest you ringing up SZ office for seeking help.  SZ office should have lots of experience of dealing with this kind of payment issues.

 

Shrekwind,  I think most people who taking the mba program are not only focus on PRC China but also the global market.  In that case I believe global ranking of the program is one of the top concerns when applying mba grogram.

what's the difference between HKUST PT SZ and HK? 

Can Mainland student apply for HKUST HK PT ?

Global ranking is just for full time program, not for PT program. PT HK is better than PT SZ, I think. PT SZ admission requirements are quite low,anyone can apply without GMAT and Tofel .

这个项目现在的学费是多少啊？2005年好像15万，后来呢？

还有到目前有没有深圳的同学申请到交换生呢？

Do you know anyone from SZ PT program ? Do you know the background of SZ PT ? For PT program, HKSUT pays more attention on the working experience and positon of students. As far as I know , most  PT students are the managers of International leading companies that already strongly demostrate their capability and potential.We not only learn from the professors but also from the classmates.

In fact ,If  the candidate has no tofel and GAMT score, they have to pass the examination of HKUST which is very similar with GMAT. the real reason for choosing PT program is the high opportunity cost and family.

Of course I know this program quite well. I have some friends who graduated from this program last year. They told me this program is not worthwhile: not accepted by China government ; difficult to change jobs; alumni quality is not as high as they expected; program management is not as good as media said ...

If you wanna take this program, just take it. Pls don't flatter it. Avoid giving newcomers wrong information.
