 1，用被动，使得动作的发出者不明。

2，句式上的不对称没有明显的表现出前后的对比。

3，which优先指代cost，但实际上which指代higher education会更简洁明确一些

4. if using conversed order, not necessary ($7 per year was paid for the cost); otherwise no subject in relative clause.

 

C:

1. previously should be previous since modify noun phrase

2. compare to: A and B are not same thing; compare with: A and B are same thing, so should be compare with

我觉得D体现了对称的原则:

requires them to contribute $330 a year( toward the cost of higher education, )instead of the $7 per year required previously

 但是还是想不到B怎么不妥~~~
