A question on Duke interview

The deadline for R2 is Jan. 10. For applicants in mainland China, is the interview by request or by invitation? If by request, do we need to complete it before the deadline?

what is ur Fuqua's interview looks like ? in-person or phone ?  hong long did the adcom contact u after the submission ?

also, do you know Fuqua offering any in-person interview in Canada ?  if I get the chance, I am just afraid I will be in Ca again during the time when get the interview-notification.

I checked the Fuqua's interview instruction, seems there is no alumni provided in the whole Canada. what a surprise !!??

If Fuqua does has not any alumni in Ca, does it means I have to go to NC for the on-campus interview if I don't wanna choose the phone-interview?
