第二个问题是不是包含applicants的工作和性格上的优点？

第二问题是不是可以包含第四个中的leadership and teamwork skills?

推荐信有一封如果两页，1.5行距，5号字，是不是太长？

Not sure how Q&A format works. I prefer letter format rather than just Q&A as long as you cover all the points asked in the questions. That seems more natural.

As for the length, I think one and half page is appropriate (single, 11).

I had an impression that for LoR, the longer the better.  Am I right?

not necessary, as long as LoR covered all points. 2 pages enough
