2006 Reschedule or Cancel GMAT 有refund fee吗？

如题，在mba.com上找了半天也没看到具体的说法，只是在2006 GMAT Bulltin上看到说有service charge, 有人知道吗？

Cancellation Refund

You must cancel your test appointment at least three (3) calendar days before the date and time of your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. If you cancel during this time period, your credit card account will be credited for a full refund. The amount of the cancellation refund is subject to change without notice.

If you cancel your test appointment less than three (3) calendar days before your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit the entire test fee.

I rescheduled my test from Jan 2006 to Feb 2006, no extra charge.
