哈哈，想破头终于想明白了

题干说：goose威胁到bird的生存。以前有这么一个restriction，只能打5%。现提议把restriction去掉，让hunter猛打，以减少goose的数量，保护bird。

B说：由于restriction导致hunting season提前结束已经是好几年前的事了。

B的言下之意是说：以前很容易打到5%。现在的情况是无论hunter怎么打，都打不满5%，因为基数太大。

因此restriction有也等于没有。

这题一开始我也觉得应该选D，但看了帖子后反而觉得应该选B了。

B选项意思是“狩猎禁令导致狩猎季提前结束已经有好几年了”。也就是说人们狩猎到5%的速度在近几年是比预期的快的。言下之意就是说snow geese的数量并不够多。因此也就没有必要去解除禁令。

since应该是从那时起的意思，什么时候呢？禁令造成狩猎提前结束的时候since  the restriction led to the hunting season for snow geese being closed earlier than the scheduled date，it has been many years （弱问原句语法是否值得商榷，since后面少点什么吧when？that？）

从有一年禁令造成狩猎提前结束到现在已经好多年------------就是说现在打不到5%,  比如猎人少了，鹅太多了，鹅不如以前好打了。。。。如果since换that的话意思是禁令造成狩猎提前结束已经好多年

选B--------------------我认为实战中1分40秒能做对这个题的话，一定V50+
