mimmykitty, Some credit card companies may offer you zero or very low interest rate for you to use their cards.Some even waive the transaction fee. So if it is really urgent, you can try to borrow money from the credit card company for a short period of time. Importantly, read the agreement very carefully. If it is not clear, make sure to call them. Don't assume anything.
pay attention to : Annual percentage rate
APRs the number in the information disclosures is not the real APRs, because you may not qualify the requirements. In the future when you really need to borrow money, you make sure call them and know what is the interest rate for you
Joice, thank you very much. I still don't have credit card here( I know it's very bad), instead, I only have a credit card from China. I think I probably have to try hard to staisfy their requirement in bank of China in order to get money from my mom. That's the only way I can work out now. But definitely, I will keep in mind what you taught me.
