我一开始选了D,后来发现这是逻辑结构极其混乱.A中Over the course of the eighteenth century不简洁,另外A不形式上不平行,而且颠倒了两个原因的顺序.还是C好一些,因为主句结构简单,with的独立主格结构在这里不会有不清楚的嫌疑,只是being 难以理解,待讨论.

為D不對?還是不懂.....
