Michigan, Ross School - Students Taking Questions

请教Ross 的前辈, 我是一个R2 applicant, according to schools requirements, I have to complete my interview before Jan 13, 2006.  However, when I want to schedule an interview on the website of Ross today, all the interview slots before Jan 13 are full.  And then I found the Alumni Interviewers List, 请问各位前辈, if I want to schedule an alumni interview, should I directly contact the alumni interviewers? I'm in Beijing.  I found totally 5 alums interviewers in Beijing.  Does anyone of you happens to know some background or infomation about those 5 alums?  Any other advices?  I really appreciate that!

Does that means I could only make an alumni interview and have no chance to do a telephone interview?  Which one is better according to your previous experience?

能面试就不要“电试”了吧，呵，既然两种方式都会被ADCOM同样对待。

直接发信给校友约时间面试，不用通过学校的。如果你对“电试”仍心怀希望，不如打个电话再问问学校，看看有没有人DROP掉面试而空出时间来。

By email. If you are admitted, you will receive a congratulation email linked to a "fancy" flash. If not or waiting list, I think they will send out an email asking you to check the online application status.

Not sure about the response from the admission, but certainly it is not a good time for campus visit.

The school will close today and will re-open on 3 Jan and Winter Term starts from 9 Jan.

Therefore, if you want to walk around in the William Davidson Hall (which will be pulled down for the new construction next spring) and the executive learning area (which has been changed to our major study area), just come. You can't imagine how strangely silent the school is now and you will have plenty of time to go through every piece of art work in the school building (there are so many of them, but I never have time or patience to take a detailed look at them).

But if you want to talk to students or faculty, don't come. It is strange to find people like me checking BBS in the library at this time of the year (because my internet cable at home fails me again, shoot!). Looking around, I only find two more students. BTW: the library will close today too.

Not sure where you are. If you are in Ann Arbor now, welcome to attend our Chinese Student Christmas Even Potluck tomorrow, where you can meet all the B-School Chinese students who will be "hibernating" at Ann Arbor during the winter break. I am sure our cordial host will be more than happy to entertain you. Good networking opportunity, isn't it?

Anyway, the University is really beautiful in snow!

Just add oil to R2 applicants and send good wishes to R1 applicants...Ross MBAs are all in Winter break till Jan. 9th...they are happy to provide support at the last minute of applications...

请问Ross 的 resume 是要与其他申请材料一起寄给admission 吗? 在online填application form 时, 看到一个地方要求 " Enclose a copy of current resume"， 但是没找到upload 的地方，可是我的成绩单等书面资料已经寄出了， 请问大家都是怎末作的呢？

Also, Do I need to sumit Financial Aid Form when I submit my application?
