我咨询过自己的导师和985经管教授，目前35限制其实不卡，关键看毕业时候的学术潜力，但这是针对助理教授而言，副教授还不了解。

博士刚毕业就想拿副教授？想多了。实际上现在头部的几个院很少招rookie了。

Curiosity getting the better of me, I glanced over the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business faculty profiles. I was instantly dumbfounded! Most are returnees (having previously been APs or Associate Profs in North America or elsewhere outside of China), holding doctorates from top schools in North America (at least at the level of, say, Minnesota or Maryland). This, at least partially, confirms the assertion above. In this regard, the school is like no other the world over. It has never made it to UTD Top 100 Business School Research Rankings, though.
