That's a very unusual and unbalanced school list.
If you have applied all universities in HK and were not even interviewed by other universities other than Baptist University, then all North American Universities in your list are out of your league.
If you have applied at least 5 universities in HK and were interviewed by at least 3 of them, then you will have 80% chance to get at least one interview and 40% chance to get one offer from the North American Universities in your list.
Otherwise, God knows.
