CEIBS Full-time RA Job Opening
CEIBS was the first business school on the Chinese mainland to be accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB. Currently, there are 83 faculty at CEIBS. From 2018 to 2022, a total of nearly 536 cases have been developed and 550 papers have been published, including 120 articles in the core journals of the Financial Times (FT) and 41 articles in A* Publications.
Research staff have played an invaluable role at CEIBS over the years as the school continues to boost its research capabilities. Many later go to pursue PhD programmes at top-tier schools, with about 26 enrolled over the past 2 years.

Job Responsibilities: Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following: 1. Assist in research design and research process management, including writing research notes, searching and summarizing literatures, preparing research relatedmaterials (e.g. questionnaires, interview outlines, and other instruments), and organize survey and interviews; 2. Assistin qualitative and quantitative data analysis, data collection, entry, andanalysis; 3. Assistin other academic works, such as sorting reference list, and coordinating proofreading, etc. 4. General administrative tasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.
Job Requirements: 1. Master student with research experience in OB HR ormanagement field; 1-2yrs related working experience in education or training and1-2 English publications preferred; 2. Proficient in academic literature search via on-line database or library resources; 3. Familiar with quantitative analysis software like Stata, SAS, C++, SPSS; 4. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability; 5. Ability to manage multiple projects; 6. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with abroad range of individuals and groups; 7. Able to commit for at least 1 years.
