有人解释说

19）E是个无关选项。只是说几年前做了计划在一个事件发生之前。首先固定时间应该排除。
B是说employed people 被限制在每隔7天做一件事情。假如从January 1 Sunday 开始，一年后应该是星期1（364+1）。但按照新的方法，又是Sunday，明显冲突（）。简单可以这样想。新的方法不是按7循环（7循环*52再做一个1天的调整），而B要求按7循环

但我认为，B只要求每7天休息一次，但这第七天是一个星期的那一天没有做要求，也就是说，我管他一年后是星期几，反正是七天休息一次就是了。

反倒是D选项有一个不可忽视的问题，因为新规定使每年的日期与星期一一对应了，那么，如果刚好节假日不是星期一五，工人就永远不能休假了，而在原来的制度下，总有机会使节假日是在星期一五（每年日期星期错开一位）

let me try to explain my ideas...I'd really wanna use Chinese if I could do it!! hope I can make my point in English loh~~

** (make-up) example **

My company has every employee every Sunday off. I am a Muslim, and my religious observance (which requires me stay at home all day every 7th day) fits well with the current schedule because I can always do observance on Sundays. And it doesn't bother my boss at all.

This means, no matter what date is it, as long as my 7th day is always a Sunday, my boss won't complain about anything.

However, right now my company adopts a new proposal that "the last day of each year and an additional day every fourth year belonged to no week."  It really brings a big trouble for me because my original schedule....(red: observance)

好像挺有道理的

但是：

1。还是没说明为什么D不对

2。其实我也有想过是不是在星期天休息会比较好，但我随即否定了我的观点。因为worker不是student，没有双休日（从一般情况看，不知道老美是不是这样），那么星期天对他们应该没太大意义，所以为什么一定要星期天休息呢？

只要七天里向老板请一天假就可以了嘛。

applecider解释应该是基于company一个星期休假一天吧，不过文中并没给出此假设，如果ETS认为这是常识的话.......

这也太欺负我们发展中国家的考生了吧，中国还好，有些国家的大多数职员没有一星期休息一次的习惯吧（我揣摩）－而且中国的血汗工厂里的工人更是不可能休息呢，他们也是EMPLOYED的啊！！

heheh...that's interesting!! but i thought it's pretty normal to take a fixed day off for any company. There are 2 days off every week in the United States.

And about answer (D), I don't see any conflicts because they can still take 3 days off anyhow.

D的话因为要在星期一五过节才放假，所以如果按1月1号是星期天，可能有些节日就永远也放不了假了...
