287. Diaz blueworm
P1 - Despite the apparent differences, both blueworm and heatworm were stated as Diaz blueworms by the Institute of Helminthological Studies.
P2 - Dr. GB found the cilia of the heatworm aided in the expulsion of food and made it easier for the heatform to live in the tree bark.
P3 - Dr. B consulted with several blueworm specialists. The thermostatic system of the heatworm proved to be identical to the one used by blueworm. Instead, the cilia protect the blueworm from frigid temperatures.
P4 - Genetic testing showed the two roundworms were not just structurally similar, they were identical. This was startling since the two are different in size. The answer was the freezing temperatures limited the blueworm to grow larger.
