   Some, accidental;
   Some, deliberately.
P2 - Global dispersers can be beneficial, neutral or detrimental.
   B's definition of weeds.
   We deal with weeds in a new range
P3 - These species cause enormous cost.
   E.g. A's and US' example
P4 - Two conclusions:
   1/  most were introduced
   2/  the largest single group was introduced
   Implication: current under control and warn any future introductions.
P5 - In this article: Motivations, Biological basis, Predictions and Suggestions.
   Begin by exploring the role of Natual forces.
