根据PRINSTON的WORKSHOP一个ARGUMENT包括CPA,既前提,结论,和暗含的假设,PREMISE,应该包括,    WHATEVER    FACT    AND    IDEA    AND    RINCIPLE,ONLY    IF    IT    IS    EXPLICITLY    INDICATED


ETS should focus on the logic meaning of the choice rather than on the subtle differences between premise and fact. And logically, B is better than D, because I think it should be a conclusion drawn by the author. Inference should be some idea behind or unstated.

答案就在B和C中选择.

B用了reasonably drawn 比C 的must要好点.

突然有点搞不清楚了, fact和evidence的区别了.

but don't you think both first and second sentences are evidence rather than premise. So I think A is making more sense.

I think the answer is D; pay attention to the Over the past several years,so the thing happened in the past time, and it should be a fact that must be true.So according to this fact, the conclusion can be drawn reasonably.The answer used the word "can be draw", not "should be draw" .We can take it as a logic conclusion question. If it were,  I would also select this answer.

选B还是D，看两点：

1）premise和fact之间的区别，fact不能作premise吗？

2）conclusion和inference之间的区别

第一个BF明明就是fact，怎么算premise呢？premise是构造论点的前提啊。

这题答案是D，没错。这段话的第一句是个premise，中文叫做预期假设，这是arguer立论的基础，所谓假设就是不一定对的。而第二句话，也就是第一个黑体部分是evidence，这是一个事实（fact），事实肯定是对的。第三句话是这篇argument的中间结论，即根据第一第二句话推出来的。最后一句话是inference，是沿着第三句话进一步推理出来的。实际上，inference和conclusion在非形式逻辑（就是GMAT考察的东东）上略有不同，但是差别极小，GMAT的水平还未涉及这么深，所以，大家基本可以不管啦。
