Umich推荐信问题

Umich accounting说不接受推荐信，他们有自己的format会发给教授填，有uu有经验大概是个什么format吗？想给教授解释一下，担心会很麻烦。

请问第一个问题的peer group是指之后问题进行比较的peer group吗

这个问题应该就是教授说一下你在同龄人的rank、ability
