Position: Full-time Research Assistant

Employer: China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management

Location: Shanghai

Job Description:

Assist faculty in research (e.g.., finding articles/books, administering surveys on site or online, analyzing data, editing references, making tables and figures, coordination of editorial work), and in teaching (e.g., grading assignment, facilitating discussions, and logistics).

Job Requirements:

1. Fluent in both Chinese and English

2. Good skills in using Excel and statistical packages such as SPSS and R to conduct multivariate analysis, including but not limited to structural equation modeling, multilevel modeling, moderated mediation. Other statistical skills are plus, such as bibliometric analysis, facial analysis, and natural language processing model.  

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups.

4. Bachelor or Master Degree in Management, Psychology, Computer Science, and Education preferred.

5. 1 year or more experiences in research projects are preferred.

6. Committed for at least one year (renewable).

7. It is a full-time position in Shanghai.

8. Positionis ideal for those who want to later pursue a doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior or I/O Psychology.
