[求助]急问关于essay中的career progress

我在一家外企软件公司，一路历程：

8个月售后支持工程师－》4个月售前系统顾问－》3年多销售（期间负责不同行业）

但是销售performance估计也就中等，又没有obvious promotion, 请问该如何写carrer progress?

In my personal view, promotion is not a critical factor to determine how to write your career development. Just describe your career path with highlighted achievements, nomatter how small they are,and connect them to "why MBA", "why now" questions. I am sure that everybody's experience is unique, yours as well.
