Job Responsibilities: Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following: 1. Assist in research, including literature review (finding and summarizing articles), collecting/coding/analyzing data, editing references and formatting manuscripts, coordination of research projects, etc. 2. Assist in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation, class coordination and participation recording, grading, and other logistic coordination. 3. Assist to contact and coordinate with international scholars and Chinese executives. 4. General administrative tasks, including reimbursements, correspondence, etc.
Job Requirements: 1. Master student with research experience in international business, OB, psychology, or sociology 2. 1-2yrs related working experience in education or training and 1-2 publications preferred. 3. Familiar with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis. Experience running complex models (e.g.,multilevel modeling, moderated mediation) in SPSS and mPLUS required. Experience using R is a plus. 4. Analytical capability, intellectual curiosity, and a high-level of attention to detail/conscientiousness. 5. Excellent English reading, speaking, and writing ability. 6. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with abroad range of individuals and groups. 7. Positionis ideal for those who want to later pursue a doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior or I/O Psychology. 8. Able to commit for at least 1 year.
