他这个是在申请里面。没有像kira发邮箱链接，要在提交前录好，120s准备120做答，他那个显示框很小，下面会有红色的时间跳动，准备时间结束了是没有提示说进入到录制阶段，所以要注意下。他的practice很短，10s思考10s做答，可重复录，但是120s的做答只能一次。信号挺好的，没有怎么卡。一个题，我把我的题库整理了一下，基本上看完了cd的近三年的所有面经，然后我归了类，准备四个大类，不同的话题改变下讲述重点即可。也不用一定参照我的分类，毕竟例子不一样吗，融洽性不一定好。

Explain a situation when you had to change your communication style. What was the outcome and what did you learn? Tell us about a time you encountered an individual who was resistant to change, how did you deal with it and what was the outcome? What is the key ingredient for building and maintaining professional relationships? Provide examples. What's the best piece of constructive criticism you've received and how has it influenced your work? 三： How would you describe your current thinking about diversity, and how has your thinking changed over time? What is your definition of diversity and how or why do you think diversity is important? What does it mean for you to have a commitment to diversity? How have you demonstrated that commitment, and how would you see yourself demonstrating it here? 四： Describe a situation where you were a team member. How did you decide when to lead and when to follow. How did the result impact you. 五： Imagine you were transported to the year 1900. How would you explain a smartphone (or shared network drive such as google drive) to a person from that era? 六： If you had unlimited time, to what would you devote it? Tell us about a time when you volunteered to help others.
