Explained before. C is not a answer. Not C is: some foreign-made parts meet G requirements. The conclusion still holds, because the premises is that you will not be able to dinstinguise good foreign parts from bad ones, as said in "you never know which might be reliable and which are cheap look-alikes that are poorly constructed ..."
