请教一个逻辑取非的句子

(A)   Not all steel producers were unaffected bycountry A’s newly imposed tariffs. 这句话出自bible，书上把这句话正过来说是 “somesteel producers were af ected by…[the] tariffs.”。 但是我百思不得其解，因为not all反过来不正就是all么。双重否定去掉应该是 All steel producers were AFFECTED by country A’s newly imposed tariffs. 有没有哪位大神可以帮忙解释一下，把类似这样的句子正过来应该怎么转换？ 谢谢

不是所有的人都身高都沒有一米七，反過來的意思，應該不是所有人的身高有一米七吧。

原句：Not all steel producers were unaffected bycountry A’s newly imposed tariffs.
直译：并不是所有的钢铁厂都免于受到A国关税的影响

意译，即与原文同一个意思：有一些钢铁厂受到了A国关税的影响=some steel producers were affected by…[the] tariffs.

取非，与原文意思相反：所有的钢铁厂都没有受到关税的影响=All steel producers were unaffected bycountry A’s newly imposed tariffs.

all/some/none这些词都是比较特殊的，建议楼主遇到这种情况，先翻译成中文再做同义变换或者取非。

谢谢，我其实就是懒得绕，所以才想寻找捷径。

而这个捷径也终于被我找到了：

“Not All的取非在bible上解释的是 SOME ARE NOT”       编辑：这个是口误。not all = some are not

楼主你说的还是错的....

not all = some not
not all of them are girls  等同于some of them are not girls

not all 的取非是all
not all of them are girls  反面：all of them are girls：

就最好还是自己能思考一下，确认是对的，再记规律吧.....

Oh I'm sorry。我口误，是not all = some are not

我发帖的时候打算的是用二次取非的方法，把双重否定去掉。

后来看bible看到了这个not all = some are not就豁然开朗了。
