这道题我选了B，我把它归类为CQ2可操作性问题，题目说提供一个online program，但如果poor people不会使用电脑，就证明这个计划不能顺利实施，就不能达到目的。

求问我的思路哪里出了问题//如何排除B选项

我觉得是，题目里说这个online identity 是secure，也就是安全的。D选项说会暴露隐私，也就是说不安全，所以这个措施无法实施~
题目里没有说弄这个identity需要有电脑，所以我们也不要作过度推理，所以B不对~

感觉D在质疑secure，而B在质疑online的可操作性，但D更重要一点，我再悟悟！
