Interview Options

Since the evaluative interview is an important part of your application, we offer a variety of ways for you to complete an interview. Please note that all interviews, whether conducted by alumni, staff or students receive equal weight in the evaluation process. We encourage applicants to visit Ann Arbor, if possible, so you can interact with students and experience the campus and Ann Arbor. One interview per applicant will be given within a two year time period.

Interviews can be arranged as follows:

On-Campus or Telephone Interviews:

    ?You are required to use our on-line Interview Scheduler to schedule on-campus and telephone interviews.

    ?nbsp; Interviews that take place at Michigan's Ross School of Business (on-campus and telephone) are conducted
        Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time.

    ?In addition, if  you would like to schedule a campus visit  please refer to:

Alumni Interviews:

    ?You must arrange your interview directly with the Alumni Admissions Committee member

    ?Please reach out to one alumni at a time and allow the alumni 3 business days to respond before reaching out

       a second time or to another alumni.

    ?We may not have alumni interviewers in your area

    ?If you are unable to schedule with an alumni interviewer, you may schedule a telephone interview or submit  
       your application without an interview.

why the chinese alumi are all from BJ,SH,HONGKONG....???too centralize !!!

does it also mean that most US. MBA applicants come from the 3 big cities?

You're right, most admitted applicants are from BJ, SH, Guangzhou & Shenzhen, not necessarily that your residence is in those cities, but most likely you need to work in those cities.  I think the reasons are 1)More applicants are living/working in those cities because most multinational companies located in these cities. 2)Most Americans only know about these cities.
