更一下status，昨天收到了ic的wl 内心毫无波澜 因为已经选择esade啦～ 20.01.08

昨天在portal看到了esade的admission，来回馈社会了，cd上esade的面经还挺少的，给后面申请的宝宝们一个参考吧！！
我没有申cems，但面试形式是一样的，45min case preparation-- 10min presentation--45min interview，要自备纸笔
我的面试地点在上海静安洲际酒店大堂，interview的时候旁边的大妈很吵，Mary回过头很无奈地看了她们一眼hhh

下面上esade面经
case是关于 emerging-market brand的一篇经济学人的文章，三个问题是 - Introduce this case to interviewer, including the three important points
- Of the eight paths, which two you think are the most likely to succeed, why
- How global program like Esade’s prepare the companies for “brand greatness”
case是Mary根据你的application经历量身挑选的，所以完全可以结合自己的经历回答（which is我没做好的部分）
讲道理，45min 看文章、梳理逻辑、准备pre内容，时间还是很紧张的
再加上我的渣渣口语… 面完这个par我已经感觉凉凉
问答部分 1、Most challenging thing in the master
2、What’s your contribution to the program
3、Career office 作用
4、Experience in Singapore( 我提到了team里有不同国家的人 然后追问我 跟他们一起工作对我的改变）
5、在进入program前打算做什么preparation
只记得这几个问题了（没有顺序） 按照一般思路来准备即可，why program？why school？和career goal的联系等等
一开始还很害怕压力面，但Mary真的很随和！！当我意识到面试没表现好的时候还一直鼓励我，一致好评的亚洲招生官当之无愧
下面讲一下IC esb的kira面试
timeline：10.20提交申请-10.21下id-10.29面试邀请-11.9完成面试（11.11ddl）
1、self-introduction
2、a setback to achieve your goal
3、when having disagreement with team members , how to express your opinion without damaging relationships
4、Your attribute and quality
5、Writing:让profess引荐a senior executive of a company you want to work for
6、专业题：quantitative easing
专业题我面试前背了一天名词解释，哭了
以我平平的三维，我也不知道ic怎么会给我发interview的，但内心还是抱有一丝丝期望
