需要，但是没啥影响。而且事实上算出来这两个加在一起也只有80%，还有其他的。

刚开始我也不确定，觉得A就可以了。但如果这样的话，2nd条件就不会被符合了，所以只有把两个条件都算上，算出的答案才符合两个条件，由此说明要考虑。
