Congrats on your offers! One is not necessarily better than the other but if you go to a UK school you will likely find a stronger European-alumni network (and more Europe and UK focused recruiting activity at the school) whereas if you go to a US school both of those will be more weighted towards the US. You can confirm that by looking at alumni data for each program (the adcom can provide it) to see alumni tend to be in locations and at companies where you are interested in working and being based.
