但是有一点很困惑 题目提到 though no worse than mild nausea，但是e里说可以prevents the onset of nausea
去预防一个本身就不会发生的副作用 有意义嘛？

他说新药也会恶心只是程度没那么严重，但是频繁。加了非处方药可以降低频率。言下之意，虽然旧的药发生没那么多，但是每一次发生都很严重，而且没有药能降低degree
