更新一下 收到两个学校录取了
整理了一下面经和timeline 希望对之后R3的同学有帮助
1.08 完成HEC的网申
1.11 收到邮件application completed
1.17 收到Yale next-step email
1.21 Video essay submitted
1.31 Interview email (HEC和Yale两边是同时发的两封interview decision）
2.12 HEC interview
2.14 Yale interview
2.21 HEC offer （2.21晚上收到）
2.22 Yale offer （因为美东的时差，yale的是早上6点过收到的）
之前还因为HEC面试不好抑郁了一下，现在看来结果还是挺好的

Yale SOM GBS interview with Joanne Legler, director of Admissions, Management programs & MBA for Executives at YALE SOM
和HEC比就是很友好的面试了，刚打完招呼就说sorry, I haven't had my coffee this morning。
开始前她先简短自我介绍，然后说了一些agenda。
1. Self-introduction.
2. Why did you apply to your undergraduate college?
3. How was your experience there?
4. Share your international experience.
5. Since when you became interested in finance? Tell me more about your internship?
6. Short-term/long-term career goal? location?
7. How did you know about Yale GSB? Why this program?
8. Share one of your leadership experience.
9. Do you have any questions?
主要就是这些，基本上都跟面试经验一样，除了joanne表现出对我本科学校的好奇之外（...)
跟HEC的面试相比真的是很友好很活泼的面试了，总共说了31分钟，大概前十几分钟都在瞎聊我们的母校（都是文理学院），然后看时间过了一大半了Joanne才回到正轨。

更新一个新鲜出炉的HEC Paris的奇葩面经吧.一位短发招生官女士，一位中年alum男士。口音不是很重能听懂，但是因为网速不好看不清他们的脸，只能依稀感受到女士凌厉的目光。
1.Why this program?
2. What do you like to do in your free time？3. What’s your career path? 4. Why did you go to the States for college? 5. Why did you choose this college? What were your criteria for choosing this school? 6. What other schools did you apply to back then? 7. Why did you choose GRE instead of GMAT? (???) 8. Why did you take an exchange semester at another US university? 9. What’s the difference between this university and your home college? 10. What would a person who doesn’t like you describe you? (?????????)
11. What would you see yourself in five years? 12. How does your experience in the US change your personality? 13. What extra-activities did you participate in? 14. Do you see yourself as a natural leader? 15. Why did you take these summer classes? 16. Why did you choose to come to Europe? 17. Did you have any problems working with others? 18. How did you know this program? 19. Do you have any questions?
准备的career goal/internship experience基本没说到，这位alum男士拉着我扯了20分钟家长里短，很多random的问题。其实不难，但是因为和准备的问题太不一样了还是有点猝不及防。
2019.1.21 Yale Video Essay题目是之前CD在看到过的。
1. Self-introduction
2. Why this program?
3. Do you prefer working in a team or independently?
前两题所有人都是一样的，只有最后一道behaviour会变。
HEC的网申也挺好填的，没有LBS那么多繁琐的问题，只有三篇不长的essay，题目是1. Why HEC, 2.Leadership, 3.Business News
但看之前的面经似乎和R1的题目是不一样的。
