是3倍。 我们只有在语法或口语里面，会理解为大三倍。 在数学语言里，没有高几倍，少几倍这个说法，只有是几倍这个说法。
A is three times as many as B 和 there is three times as many A as B  和  A is three times greater than B  这三个说法意思都一样，A是B的三倍
但是要注意， 百分比跟 times 不一样。
A is 300% greater than B, 意思就是 A是B的4倍 ，百分比跟我们平常口头上说的保持一致。
