求指点ucsd的market sizing问题该怎么回答

最近在准备UCSD发来的Kira面，看了看以往的面经感觉问题非常固定，但是就是对于其中market sizing的题目毫无头绪。
回答时长是2分钟，大部分都是要回答出两个问题，以及需要说明assumptions和3个估算需要的因素，感觉不是很清楚应该分析的多深……往深了说时间大大的不够，但是控制在两分钟内又好像分析不到深层，好像就是在泛泛而谈。非常纠结，希望有人可以来指点一下，两分钟的market sizing应该怎么说！非常感谢！

网上搜一下的话其实有很多题库和解题技巧吧，另外case in point这本书也有很介绍解题思路
