Proposed new safety rules for the Beach City airport would lengthen considerably the minimum time between takeoffs from the airport. 正确答案是E，我明白为什么是E了，那么请问D为什么不对呢？如果有别的更好的方式来提高安全，就不用延迟飞机起飞间隔的时间了呀，难道论证不是建立在这之上的吗？

还真不是。。。

这道题的逻辑链大概是这样的：
1. rule要求interval time增加 => flight减少
2. 这里的tax基本上都是generated by tourists，也就是tourist人数 => tax
然后结论是：rule => taxation减少

因此这个题的gap就是：flight => tourists人数，也就是E答案。
为啥D不选，是因为这道题是要求我们找推理的assumption所在，而不是让我们当顾问找哪种方式最好。我们的推理是rule会减税收，其他的方案是否存在、是否更好就与这个推理没有什么关联了。。。

前提：该城市的预算主要来自于游客产生的税收；该城市每日的航班排班可以减少10%来应对新的安全政策
结论：该城市的预算会减少
问：该逻辑链中假设了哪一点？

D.        增加两架飞机起飞的最短时间间隔是安全性提升的唯一方式….这一点关联的是题干中的“前提”，而不是题干的“推理过程”。所有CR题目都不能去攻击题干中的“前提”

不是“攻击”前提，我的意思是题干中的所有前提都是既定事实，不论是增强、削弱还是问相关假设的问法，前提都是“既定事实”

这题是因果推断， 题目： 前提  因为减少了飞机数量（A）   结果： 税收少了  （B)  那么就要找出削弱AB间关系的语句。   这是一个因果间接性问题。 A数量少了，导致游客(C)少了， C少了，才是导致B少了的原因。 （飞机不会消费！！！) ， 所以要找到削弱C的理由。 那么对选项 E 取非， 因为飞机少了，所有每一趟飞机的游客多了，总数其实可能不变，所以B不会少！ 这个就是削弱， 所以加上not，就是这个的加强，也就是assumption成立的一个原因。
