[求助]请问有人想申请York大学的MBA吗？这个MBA到底怎么样？

听说Ivey改成了一年制，如果想switch career，选择就只有Toronto、Mcgill、York、UBC了。Mcgill我是要申请的，但是就业很差。Toronto我已经被拒过一次了，这次可能再申请，但是可能性不是那么大。UBC好象太远了（我在加拿大东边），我还想学法语呢。York这么样，我在Business Week网站上看到2004年的MBA调查里，York MBA的三月内就业率还是很高的，达到88%。可是一个朋友说，这样的数据是通过精心选择调查对象得到的，是假的。我就糊涂了，York MBA到底如何，在加拿大是个什么位置，值得把它放在申请的主要位置吗？

YORK这所学校很烂，但是他的BUSSINESS SCHOOL还是不错的。如果我申请加拿大的MBA,只选ROTMAN AND YORK.

整个学校烂？怎么个烂法？在一个很烂的学校里会有一个好的Business School？怎么和我听到的对Concordia的评价有点类似？

能告诉我你选择York的理由吗？Only for Toronto? Only for good employment rate? 能告诉我York的优势和劣势吗？

这几个学校如果是在加拿大本地就业的话,差别应该不大, 入学的难易程度也不会相差太多.
但LZ读过一个MBA学位的问题在其余的几个学校会不会碰到同样的质问? 另一点, 学校公布的就业数字是针对本地学生而言,
不能代表移民或是国际学生.  YORK说它烂其实也不至于, 我一个朋友那里本科毕业去了TD, 后来跳去了BMO,
现在已经弄了个小的MANAGER当当, 现在考虑回去,或是去QUEEN念个MBA, 可见其教学质量在校友的心目中还是有一点份量的.

YORK大学本科是不太好，接触一些学生读他评价都不高，即使是YORK的学生也看贬YORK,远远低于UBC等。他的BUSSINESS SCHOOL这些年上升很快，气势已超过IVEY,QUEEN.   IVEY好像是日落西山了，QUEEN有太遥远了，ROTMAN是瘦死的骆驼比马大。所以我也有同感，ROTMAN, YORK是首选。ROTMAN 和YORK的就业率也很不错。

为什么说QUEEN太遥远了？我对这个学校一直弄不明白，看来看去都是理工MBA，把它放在最后一个，等有时间再慢慢看吧！

I applied to Queen's University MBA for Science and Technology and have best friend who graduated from Queen's this year. After visiting queen's business school, i suddenly have a disppointed feeling. i am happy they rejected me last year.

Last year queen's have about 12 Chinese MBA graduates. Until now, my friend told only 4 found job in Canada(they graduated at May 2005). THese 4 guys are all old immigrants and have worked in canada for couple of years. All Chinese students who have no Canadian experience didn't find jobs. I asked my friend why you don't choose to go back to China. He said queen's school of business is a small school and its alumni network in China is not good. Maybe it's also difficult to find a job in china either.

I also took the interview with Ivey last year. To my astonished, the interviewer took wrong person's resume when he interview me. Because they didn't ask me to introduce myself at the beginning, we found it at the end of intewview when he asked my work experience.  i was so anger about Ivey's nonprofessional working attitude. I told interviewer i am so disppointed about it and i really understand why Ivey's reputation has dropped. So i gave up Ivey's offer at last.

得，这一下毙掉两个。前一个用就业率毙掉，比较可信。后一个好象有点那个，也许别人是提高效率的一种手段呢？也许别人当时脑子有点不太清醒呢？

请问水蓝，你推荐哪几个学校呢？
