看RON的视频，讲到B选项就不懂了，RON这里说B选项“does not make literal sense”，但是不懂什么意思
英语渣求助，听RON的课好艰难，请各位大神讲解一下B、C的区别

B的比较对象不对呀，我也不知道怎么解释；反正C就是传统药房的case（处方）和 （处方）对于在线药房来说怎么怎么样。求大神讲解！

意思是B选项是，case与online drugstore进行比较，比较对象不一致吗
C选项是，case与case比较吗，所以一致？
还是迷迷糊糊

我记得好像as be the case with是个固搭 是as the case be的倒装 感觉B是错在这里了
个人见解～请多指教

as with（不能加case，直接加事件） / as in the case of 两个是固定搭配 ； as is the case with 固定搭配；

那请问是遇到as is the case with就肯定对吗？请问前后的parallelism怎么看。谢谢回复

as is和so一样可以指代任何东西/句子，好像在曼哈顿看ron讲过，这个我就当固搭记了，而且如果是在head做比较的话应该是跟句子的吧

as with就包含了 as is the case的含义， 翻译过来就是 as（就像）with（典型案例）一样；加上了case of 就变成了就像典型案例-传统药店的案例。案例的意思重复了。
as is the case就不一样了，as is the case with 是个倒装， case with xxx  with xxx 是修饰case的内容，case 是主语，As 当连词，这里做就像的意思用。就像case A（with解释的内容）一样，另一件事也是这样的。
