In terms of schools, it's hard to comment without knowing your GMAT, but in general, since it's so competitive for your peer group, you want to apply to a mix of competitive and lower ranked programs. Since brand is important in China, then focus on schools that will resonate there. You have a good background, so play it safe and apply to a mix of schools. Good luck!
