Master薪资可以满足H1B。我的感觉就是楼主对于工作什么都不太排斥，但是也没有对某个工作有无比的激情飞去不可。如果只是找份金融相关的工作，master肯定够了。

转咨询的话，楼主你得大概了解下是哪些咨询公司有相关的业务，然后确定他们一般需要专业的master还是普通的MBA。

Thank you! Silicon Valley will always be seeking finance MBAs, but they will likely prefer those who have tech or startup, etc. experience. You should feel confident about the prospects in that region in terms of hiring. In terms of positioning, you want to convey very clearly how your PAST experiences have prepared you for your future goals/job. The AdComs need to clearly see that you can secure a job there and that you have the experience to transition to your new position in  Silicon Valley.
