If that is the case, Chicago area top business schools should be the best choice. Anyway, any top schools will have recruiters from top MC coming to campus.
first of all, why you want to switch gear? IB pays less than MC when they hire MBAs.
Of course, there are people who got 1 million dollars in IB for a bonus check. It seems that almost everyone knows someone who got that check. In reality, only a small percentage of people can achieve that. Same rule applies to MC, a small percentage of people can survive beyond 3rd year and get into director bonus program. if you are good and smart, MC and IB pays about same when you get into that magic ranks.
Both jobs require 60-80 hours working week though. But travelling counts as working hours in MC.
Same rules apply to Law business too. there will be a small percentage of lawyers who get paid more than 1 million a year. But not that many people can make to the rank.
