楼主R3压线交申请，举例完成CWRU和GWU kira面试已经过了好一阵了。
这几天也闲了下来，想分享一下我整理过的面经给大家，希望能帮助到大家~

CWRU:
1.        Introduce yourself (2 min )
2.        Why case? How can the program help your career? What you can do for learning environment? (wirting 7 min )
3.        Which other schools have you applied? And why? (90s)

leadership类题目
1.        大家都burn out怎么办 90s
If one of members in disfunctional team, how to resolve the issue ， 90s
领导的一个团队成员差异很大的经历，怎样让team members contribute to the team的经历；
经历：在团队中作为leader你怎样确保每个人都involve，what outcome?
you are a team leader what was the leader technique and outcome
2.        在teamwork中发现缺少解决问题所需要的必要技能，你是怎么做的
3.        有没有帮助别人完成某项任务

思维类
1.        在工作或学校的一些procedure发现flaw，怎样提出建议
提出新想法的经历，come up with innovative idea
A time you come up with a new solution, how you come up with this solution? what outcome?
2.        在工作过程中BA需要用大量data information,你怎样与decision maker合作，让他采用你通过data analytics得出的结论？
3.        你发现几个possible solutions中有一个最有可能成功，为什么
发现一个事情不同方面的linkages ，different approach to solve a problem 90

个人经历类
1.        超出comfort zone的事情
2.        空闲时间干什么 60s
3.        academic or extracurricular activity让你learn something important or change perspective in some way

GWU:
1.        Why GWU？
2.        Why the MSBA program？
3.        I’m very interested to know your professional goals, can you tell me a short-term goal and a long-term goal that you aspire to
4.        When you are not studying or working, what are your favorite things to do in your free time? HOBBY
5.        I would like you to tell me about a project where you took information from different sources and did an analysis.
6.        Please name two or three software programs that you find the most useful.
7.        Please discuss the various steps you take during an analysis project.
8.        What skills do you possess that you would like to share with your professors and with your classmates?
9.        What will be the challenge in an analysis?
10.        What brings big problem in an analysis?
11.        Do you know someone who study in GWU? What program are they study in？

请问楼主申请的是CWRU什么专业呢？我刚收到了Kira面试邮件，我申的是MSM-Finance，面试题应该差不多一样吧？

我申请的是Business Analytics哈，感觉商学院的题目都应该差不多的。换汤不换药，题材就那么几类，好好准备一下就好啦
