我感觉还是标化偏弱，毕竟如果同申请的人标化都偏高的话，LZ工作经验的优势就不会太明显。而且去英语环境学习，英语过线还是蛮重要的。If you can find a way to prove your English writing capacity to admissions committee, including but not limited to an improved essay, I believe it would help. In my opinion, however, strenthening standard test scores will be the most reliable solution.
