面试通知时间线

12月16号提交申请，1月8号收到KIRA通知（要求7天内完成），1月20号提交KIRA（因为一月公司太忙...）

Notre Dame KIRA不同之处

1.3个视频题，一个写作题。
   视频题：10秒准备时间，一分钟叙述。非常严格的时间安排。
   写作题：10秒准备时间，五分钟内答题。

2. 所有视频里的人都真的是ND自己的admission staff，整整齐齐地穿着ND的制服。好感又加一分，Go Irish！

面试题
1. Introduce yourself to your classmates at ND in one minute
2. Tell me your preferred role in a team
3. Tell me your unique quality that will add value to the ND community
4. Your favorite place in the world（写作）

总结
1. 题库很小，认真准备遇到原题几率很大（对于JHU的KIRA题库）
2. 认真准备，但不要拉长战线！认准刷完题之后记住bullet points就开始录吧。LZ准备了很多但大部分都是临场发挥了。
